M. S. Mezayek - Co-Founder of Mezayek Building Ltd. Degreed in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Started building career in 1961 in the Houston, Pasadena, Clear Lake areas. Moved business to Tyler, Texas in 1965 and founded Mediterranean Homes at that time. With over 45 years experience, M.S. "Mike" Mezayek continues to design and build some of the most innovative homes and communities today.

Sam Mezayek - Co-Founder of Mezayek Building Ltd. Degreed in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Started building career in 1990 in the Tyler area. Served as President of the Tyler Area Builders Association in 1999 and was name Tyler Area Builder of the Year in 1997. Sam received his Graduate Master Builder Designation in 1997 and in 2005 received his CAPS designation from the Housing Institute of the National Association of Home Builders. Sam helps lead Mezayek Building toward developing better communities and better homes.

Patricia Mezayek - Pat Mezayek or "Mom" wears many hats in Mezayek Building Ltd. She has knowledge of all the accounting systems as well as helps out with our customers. She can help customers pick selection to decorate their home or calculate the depreciation schedules of all the assets. There is no limit to what "Mom" can do.

Louay Mezayek - Louay's legacy with Mezayek Building was our previous project Hamilton Park. He is one of the main reasons Hamilton Park was so successfully received by the Tyler community. His building expertise made sure that quality and customer satisfaction were job number 1. Louay is now building on his own with his own company, Mosaic Homes. Mosaic Homes specializes in luxury single family homes in the Tyler Area.

Tracy Abernathy - Tracy comes to us from Bend, Oregon. He is Degreed from Oregon State. In Oregon, Tracy specialized in building high end luxury homes. Tracy's attention to detail and quality was a perfect fit into Mezayek Building's mission of building quality homes.

Holly Hightower- Holly is our sale person on staff. She comes to us from a number of years in the production building industry. She is happy to assist you with the purchase of your new home.

Melissa Boyd- Melissa handles the phones and the digitization of our growingly paperless office. She comes to us from Hotel Industry in the Dallas area. All paperwork for all jobs and companies are digitized by Ms. Boyd into our servers. By the expertise of her job, we are all able to promptly view any document without leaving our desks. This helps us estimate, work, and build better and more efficiently.
